What if I’m sick or running late?
- We recommend talking to your manager about this topic on day one to establish protocol.
- Over communicating is better than not communicating enough.
What if I want to visit another ITW business?
- Talk to you manager first to get approval, then work with the other business to get something scheduled
Are the intern events mandatory?
- The intern events are not mandatory, but we highly encourage you to attend. These are great networking and development opportunities that were created to help you succeed at ITW. Most of these events have high visibility to executives within ITW and will show you first hand what the #ITWexperience is all about.
